We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Quickbase. As a key player in our product strategy, you will lead the charge in driving Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include shaping and executing strategies that leverage user-centric approaches, data-driven decision-making, and innovative solutions to accelerate product adoption.

As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be working with a talented, passionate, and collaborative team of product managers, experience designers and engineering teams using to transform the ways applications are built within mid-size companies to large enterprise customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute a comprehensive PLG strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across Quickbase’s product suite.
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing, to align PLG initiatives with overall product and business objectives.
·      Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyze user behavior, and optimize user journeys within the product.
·      Lead experimentation and A/B testing to iterate on product features, onboarding processes, and other elements that impact user engagement and conversion.
·      Foster a user-centric mindset within the product team, ensuring that PLG principles are ingrained in the product development process.
·      Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance the PLG strategy.
·      Partner heavily with Marketing Growth team and Customer Success teams to collaborate on end-to-end prospect to customer journey.

Qualifications:

·      Proven track record as a Product Manager, with significant experience in Product-Led Growth strategies.
·      Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
·      Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
·      Experience with Agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
·      Familiarity with Quickbase or similar low-code platforms is a plus.

Professional Experience

·      5-10 years of product management experience in SaaS space
·      Domain experience in enterprise platforms, low code/no code, cloud, and AI technologies is desirable.
·      Sound Business Judgement – Focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply and extract key insights.
·      Strong Bias toward Action AND Outcomes – Efficiently drive projects to conclusion through proactive planning, high attention to detail and holding stakeholders accountable.
·      High EQ – Understand stakeholder motivations and influence across audiences.
·      Commercial Fluency – Comfortable with financial, monetization strategy and business case development to achieve financial goals.
