What you will do in a Senior Product Manager role at Kyruus Health:

  • Become a key driver of the Analytics platform business initiatives, working directly with the executive team, sales, customer service, product and engineering leadership, and directly with clients and prospects.
  • Create a vision for how Analytics will leverage technology and our data assets to meet stakeholder and customer needs, deliver on new products, and move into new markets.  
  • Produce a roadmap to reach the vision, working with engineers, analysts, and designers to define user stories and lead Agile development ceremonies.
  • Work directly with early adopter clients to launch them on new functionality, get feedback, and iterate.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to drive Analytics and data products. Feed insights back to the business and development process.
  • Assess key technology, data, and business partnerships in the health technology space to determine how to better achieve our analytic vision.
  • Work closely with our customer service teams to meet clients, get feedback on our products, and be the subject matter expert on our Analytics platform both internally and externally. 
  • Create documentation around each analytics strategy, product offerings, and sales support as needed.
  • Youll report to the Vice President, Platform and Data within the Product Management Division.

  • Kyruunauts in the Senior Product Manager role can move in a more linear career path to a Lead Product Manager position.  From there, you could move into a Principal Product Manager level role or explore a management position within the Product Manager vertical.

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years in a Product Management role at a software company including leading data and analytics based products.
  • Experience developing and executing the vision and roadmap for Analytics and data products. 
  • Identifying and prioritizing new features and capabilities through direct input from stakeholders, customers, developers, users, and your own market and domain knowledge.
  • Delivering compelling stories of success and results across complex projects from inception to launch.
  • Translating business needs into functional user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria, groom the product backlog, and keep the team on track.
  • Using strong technical skills to work closely with the Analytics team. Function as a SME on the technical aspects of your product, while still being able to distill deeply technical concepts for non-technical audiences. 
  • Collaborating with technology leaders across business units and vendors to support the integrated delivery of products.
  • Providing superior service to internal and external stakeholders via regular updates, product documentation, training, and support activities.
  • Identifying quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate Analytics success and drive change. Deliver measurable results for both Kyruus and our customers. 
  • Building out Analytics-related collateral for both internal and external audiences.
  • Identifying operational efficiencies around Analytics.
  • Coordinating feature release communications and technical documentation.
