The Senior Manager, Sportsbook Strategy will manage an established team responsible for discovery and implementation of revenue optimization initiatives and evaluation of current and future product features. What you’;; do as a Senior Manager, Sportsbook Strategy

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a collaborative team focused on product operations
  • Manage a portfolio of features with dependencies across multiple departments
  • Lead research and discovery into revenue optimization opportunities, including opportunity sizing and business casing
  • Be accountable to the delivery and implementation of optimization initiatives in partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Regularly report and present on key measurables of strategic initiatives to senior leadership
  • Evaluate and utilize data sets to drive strategic thought into business decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sportsbook Operations, Product, Trading, or Analytics related role
  • Thorough understanding of Online Sportsbook products and operations
  • Proven record of seeing initiatives through from discovery to delivery
  • Ability to handle out of hours escalations autonomously
  • Data-driven and strong attention to detail and quality, experience writing SQL queries and manipulating datasets preferred
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments
  • Ability to effectively mentor and lead others by example

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,600.00 – $170,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
