What you will do in a Product Portfolio Analyst role at Kyruus Health:

  • You will be responsible for organizing project-related data from Product Managers & Program Managers, supporting Product Development in the treatment of this data, maintaining reporting and dashboards for planning, and using it to prepare monthly newsletters for broader organization visibility.
  • You will provide meeting coordination and support for these regular processes, included but not limited to quarterly prioritization planning and monthly showcases.
  • System administration of Monday.com, supporting day-to-day system needs, ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the roadmap tool, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure optimization of portfolio reporting, planning and prioritization.
  • Support and maintain the Product Enhancement Feedback process, monitoring tickets and associated service-level agreements, and making adjustments to templates and workflows as needed.
  • Support and maintain Product Development documentation, templates and internal information architecture.
  • Youll be responsible for evaluating the efficiency of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You may also be required to update process documents and conduct efficiency audits.
  • Youll report to the Director, Portfolio and Program Management in the Product Lifecycle Management Department within the Product Division.

What you will bring:

  • 1-3 years Product Portfolio Analyst experience or similar role in Project or System Administration.
  • G Suite proficiency; Experience w/ Monday.com or similar tool; Confluence and JIRA experience a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor.
  • Practiced in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning)
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues.
  • Comfortable when communicating with VP-level leaders.
  • Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities.
