Role Overview

As a Product Manager, Internal Tools at Nayya, you will work across Nayyas internal teams to provide critical tools to onboard new customers and enable an optimal product experience. You will be a champion for both the Customer Org at Nayya and the many employers who utilize our platform. Working with engineering, design, and data science to create solutions that bring greater efficiency and ease of use to our onboarding flows and other customer experiences will be amongst your many accomplishments. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of how employers utilize Nayya and the employer benefits space.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Admin team, from ideation, to requirements, to execution – ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap to work towards a vision for our Admin Console product and other internal tools and facilitate alignment around that roadmap across the organization, particularly with our Customer Support and Implementation teams. 
  • Work directly with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders day to day to drive the product forward
  • Develop clear documentation and training materials for utilization of new configuration and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to illustrate the value of new products and how they can attract and enable employer groups. 
  • Define metrics of success and failure and make sure your team understands what a successful outcome is and how to work collaboratively towards it.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of product management experience, including creating strategic product roadmaps and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and lead initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI. 
  • Experience in benefits, HR technology, and or healthcare.
  • Past product experience working with internal tools, enablement features, or other backend processes. 

The salary range for New York based candidates for this role is $130,000- $155,000. We use a location factor to adjust this range for candidates that are located outside of geographic region of our New York office. Placement within the salary band is determined based on experience.
