What you will do as a Product Manager

  • Play a central role in defining the strategy and goals for the financial platform of DraftKings specifically focused on payment systems and creating a best in class deposit and withdrawals experience for our customers.
  • Deeply understand the needs of our customers and the goals of internal stakeholders.
  • Become recognized as a domain expert on our product, market, and competitors
  • Define and prioritize the roadmap for the team and drive execution, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams: engineers, designers, customer research, legal, regulatory compliance, fraud, risk, operations, customer experience, games product teams
  • Effectively communicate the business value and go to market plans of your products
  • Transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs from customers and stakeholders into clear and actionable plans backed by solid data
  • Develop clear and comprehensive product specifications and get buy-in from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deliver seamless customer experiences, and scalable systems and tools to prevent payment fraud and manage related risks

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required (preferably in Computer Science or Business)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience launching and growing successful software products
  • Prior product or relevant experience in fintech or payments, in general, is a big plus
  • Experience managing a platform product, supporting multiple consumer facing product lines, and providing a cohesive vision across the organization
  • Comfortable with leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
  • High ability to continuously prioritize, build, and iterate on products in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively balance high level, long range vision with day-to-day tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile software development methodology and working with engineering and data teams on technical projects.
  • Strong comprehension of A/B testing methodologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,080.00 – $141,120.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
